Painted primarily for the Arcane Miniatures website painting competition.
Being Pan Oceania, and their very pinnacle of high-tech thermo-optical camoflage weaponry, it needed really expensive, almost holographic looking armour plating, and being part of their navy thought I'd go for a kinda marine colour scheme, with the added naval red and green lights as a nice touch to link it to our world.
It was really time-consuming, but great fun to paint allowing lots of glowing lighting effects and was a departure from my usually darker and messier painting style.
